On our site we teach you how to make a nice little basket to lay Easter eggs. It is a very fun and inexpensive activity since it is made with ice cream sticks.
Crafts are a great activity for children as they not only keep them entertained, but also develop their ability to concentrate and their motor coordination.
- Colored ice cream sticks
- Pair of scissors
- Colour cardboard
- Silicone bars
- Glue gun
- Ballpoint
- Pencil
- Paper eyes
Tip: you can use glue or glue instead of silicone
1- Take 6 ice cream sticks of one color. With 3 of them form a triangle. Form another with the other three and place it inverted on the first. Mark the junction points and glue them together with glue or silicone.
2- Take another 3 sticks of another color and glue them on top forming another triangle. Remember to leave a few millimeters apart to open the basket and shape it.
3- Keep repeating this process to shape the basket.
4- When you have glued all the sticks you have to make the base of the basket. Glue another 6 sticks to the back of the basket.
5- You can make dolls to decorate the basket, to do this draw and cut out animal faces, put plastic eyes on them and stick them on sticks.
